Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to your use of thebrained.com (the "Site"), operated by The Brained Inc., a New York corporation. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice
Content on the Site is general information. It is not advice for your specific situation and does not replace professional legal, financial, tax, security or technical advice. Using the Site, booking an introductory call or emailing us does not create a client relationship. A client relationship starts only when we agree on an engagement in writing or you book and pay for a session under the Session Terms.
Services
Paid sessions are governed by the Session Terms. Other engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, design and materials belong to The Brained Inc. or Katerina Andreeva. You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the content without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt, gain unauthorized access to or overload it, and no automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it.
Third-party services and links
The Site uses and links to third-party services such as Calendly, Stripe and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the last-updated date shows the latest version. Questions: kate@thebrained.com.
